Procurement support

We deliver configurations that are easier to approve and deploy

For many companies, the challenge is not finding products. It is aligning risk, compliance, sizing, repeatability, and rollout timing inside one commercial decision. We document each recommendation so internal approval moves faster and the final deployment stays consistent.

1

We receive the job-role list, estimated quantities, and compliance requirements.

2

We build the product configuration and recommend the right combinations.

3

We validate samples, branding details, and delivery rhythm.

4

We confirm the order and support rollout through final delivery.

Risk-based selection

We align protection classes and materials with real job conditions so the final mix is both compliant and commercially efficient.

Sampling and validation

We test sizing, comfort, durability, and product compatibility before the final order is confirmed.

Planned delivery

We organize batches and replenishment timing so your teams stay equipped throughout the project lifecycle.

Frequently Asked Questions about Safety Equipment

Clear answers for procurement teams, health & safety managers, and fleet administrators.

Which European standards certify personal protective equipment sold in the EU? +
In the European Union, personal protective equipment (PPE) is governed by EU Regulation 2016/425, which replaced Directive 89/686/EEC. All products placed on the European market must bear the CE marking and comply with applicable harmonised standards: EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing, EN 397 for industrial safety helmets, EN ISO 20345 for safety footwear, EN 388 for mechanical protection gloves, and EN 149 for FFP2/FFP3 filtering respirators. Toga Textile supplies exclusively CE-certified products with complete conformity documentation.
What is the difference between S1, S2, and S3 safety footwear classes? +
The EN ISO 20345 classification defines progressive protection levels. S1 includes an impact-resistant toe cap, antistatic sole, and heel energy absorption — suitable for industrial environments without moisture risk. S2 adds a water-resistant upper — recommended for wet or outdoor environments. S3 includes all S2 features plus a penetration-resistant midsole — mandatory on construction sites and for tasks with perforation risk. All classes can be complemented with CI (cold insulation), HI (heat insulation), ESD (electrostatic discharge protection), or SRC (slip resistance on ceramic and steel surfaces).
What are employers' obligations regarding PPE under EU legislation? +
Under EU Regulation 2016/425 and applicable national labour law, employers must assess occupational risks, identify the PPE required for each workstation, and procure only CE-certified equipment. Employers must ensure worker training on correct use and replace damaged or expired PPE. Complete documentation is mandatory: EU Declaration of Conformity, applicable standard reference, distribution date, and worker acknowledgement. Toga Textile supports you with correct product selection for each risk category and provides the necessary compliance documentation.
Can I order small quantities, or is a minimum order required? +
Toga Textile works with both one-off orders and structured recurring supply. We do not impose fixed universal minimum quantities — instead, we build a configuration suited to actual needs: initial batches for testing and validation, recurring top-ups for seasonal or workforce fluctuations, and buffer stock for fixed-deadline projects. Contact us with the number of personnel, roles, and working environment for a detailed initial proposal.
Do you provide samples before placing a final order? +
Yes. Our standard process includes a sampling stage before confirming the final batch. We deliver samples for validating sizes, comfort, material durability, and product compatibility. This stage is essential for equipment worn daily in demanding conditions — S3 safety boots, industrial gloves, or EN ISO 20471 high-visibility workwear. Please advise us early if you also have branding or customisation requirements.
What conformity documents do I receive when purchasing safety equipment? +
With every Toga Textile order we deliver complete conformity documentation: the signed EU Declaration of Conformity for each product, the CE marking with the notified body number involved, manufacturer information, and identification labels in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/425. On request, we also provide Product Technical Data Sheets with information on materials, protection classes, and instructions for use and maintenance — essential for employer compliance files.
